Refund policy

You can return your purchase from maaneceramics.dk within 14 days after receiving the product.

Please send an email to contact@maaneceramics.dk or use the contact page to inform me about your wish to return a product. Only unused items can be returned – please wrap and pack the items you wish to return very carefully to make sure that the product will not be damaged. The invoice must be attached.

The costs of return-shipping for the products are at your own expense.

Terms of service

Measurements for the products are guiding, small differences in shape, colour and size are part of the experience. All pieces are hand thrown and unique, which means they come with their own small details and can vary a bit from each other. 

All ceramics are fired at a temperature of 1260 ̊, which makes them safe for dishwasher, oven and microwave. 

Shipping policy

All ceramic products are wrapped and packed carefully to protect the pieces during shipping. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged piece you will get a full refund or a new ceramic piece if the same kind is available. 

Shipping costs are measured by weight. 

Prices to GLS Shop in Denmark
Small (0-1kg) = 40 DKK
Medium (1-5kg) = 52 DKK
Large (5-10kg) = 69 DKK

Prices to GLS Shop in other countries 
Shipping prices to other countries in the EU depends on weight of the order and country of destination. The shipping will be calculated and shown before check out. 

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from Denmark. 
The Estimated Delivery Time is 2-5 business days to Denmark and 2-7 business days to other countries.
